Current Unknown Case

Teen male, obese, not currently on medication, recent diagnosis of hypertension of a severe degree. Admitted with a foot infection unrelated to hypertension. Ultrasound ordered due to newly developed hematuria. BP of 166/92 upon admission, cardiology was consulted and found a heart murmur.
